Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what data we handle on the https://kloder.com website and in Kloder's games (the "Services"), and what we deliberately do not do. Kloder is a small studio, not a company, and this site does not collect personal data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the owner of this website, identified in the legal notice. You can reach us at info@kloder.com for anything about this policy.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run analytics, we do not show ads and we do not sell anything. Your progress in our games is stored on your own device, not on our servers.

What we do not do

  • No accounts and no sign-up.
  • No analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
  • No profiling and no selling of data.
  • No microtransactions, no loot boxes and no dark patterns.

What we store, why and for how long

The cookie notice

We set one functional cookie to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so we do not show it again in the same browsing session. It is strictly necessary for that purpose, contains no personal data, and disappears when you close the browser.

Your language preference

Your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. It lasts until you clear your browser data.

Emails you send us

If you write to info@kloder.com, we process your address and your message only to answer you. Legal basis: your consent. We delete it once the conversation is over.

In our games

Your progress, settings and scores are stored on your device. We do not receive them. If a game offers online features, for example playing with another person, we will say so in the game and only the data needed for that feature is used.

Who else is involved

  • Hosting: the site is served by Codeberg Pages, located in Germany (European Union). No personal data leaves the European Union for hosting.
  • Third-party links: our pages link to services such as Codeberg or the social networks used to share a game. When you follow such a link, that service may process data under its own policy and transfer it outside the European Union, typically to the United States. We do not control them. The game trailers are served from our own site and do not contact third parties.

Like any website, the servers that deliver our pages may keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security. We do not use them to identify you.

Children's privacy

Our games are suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. In practice we hold almost nothing, so there is usually little to act on. To exercise any right, email us at info@kloder.com.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "effective date" at the top. The current version is always the one published on this page. In case of discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions, the Spanish one prevails.
